Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. For annual subscriptions, refunds might be prorated for the remaining, the refund will be initiating within 7 working Days to respective accounts.
Damaged or Missing Issues: If an issue arrives damaged or if a subscriber doesn’t receive an issue within a reasonable time frame, replacements can be requested at no additional cost.
Digital Access: In cases where digital access is included, refunds might not be applicable after the access has been granted.
